MANPOWER
The success of any entity will entirely depend on its manpower. At M.Y. Alpha General Trading P.L.C we are aware of this fact. From our inception to now, we have hired a professionally equipped staff to meet all our company objectives. From a humble beginning of a staff of three people, we have grown over the years and now have a total workforce of 55 employees. All of them are highly skilled and experienced in their various fields of specialty.
COMPANY ORGANIZATION
The company has well-organized departments tailored to meet all our client’s needs and aspirations. The departments comprise highly skilled and experienced people whose main objectives are to ensure that all our clients receive the service or guidance they deserve at all times. The departments that deal directly with our clients include:
- Marketing Department. Under this department, we have – The procurement Section, Stores Section
- General Mechanical Department. Under this department, we have – Maintenance Section, Electrical Section, and Installations Section
- Customer Care Department. Under this department, we have – The research Section, Training Section, and Public Relations Section.
- Finance Department which deals with all matters related to finance
Office Staff
The efficiency of the company is drawn from its managerial and other office staff, with several years of working experience in the business. The staffs are professionally qualified, well trained and committed; a fact that has kept our company ahead of the rest and enabled us to continuously climb the ladder of growth and success.
Field Staff
Our field staff comprises engineers, technicians, trainers, consultants, drivers and mechanics, who are well trained, skilled and professional in their fields.
